Hey Everyone!

As we continue to make trading a better experience for all of you, we have worked out some improved trading guidelines. In the past, we could do multiple trades per person each week, but because of the wonderful job you all have been doing with growing the community, we want to make sure we can help as many SuperPoke! Pets owners as possible.


Improved Trading Guidelines:

* Each SuperPoke! Pets owner will have the opportunity to do one trade per calendar week. This will allow us to handle the volume of trades we process in a timely manner.

* Each trade can have a maximum number of 10 distinct items. For example, you can trade 3 roses, 2 rainbows & 1 gentle snow cloud, and that will total 3 distinct items. This guideline is the same as before but we will be more firm about enforcing it.

* Each trade request should have the exact name of the item(s). For example, 1 cloud is not the same as 1 gentle snow cloud. Incomplete information will result in your trade being delayed or unprocessed.

* Each trade request should list both friend id numbers of the participants. Your friend id number is the long number in the link of your profile page. For example, my Myspace link is:

http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=user.viewprofile&friendid;=412289894

That means my friend id number is 412289894. This is the same for Myspace, Facebook, and Hi5. Look for your friend id in your profile URL.

As always, please send your trade requests to trades@superpokepets.com only on Thursdays. Have both users on the email and have both friend id numbers listed so the trade can be processed.

Also, you can now give people the Reliable Trader compliment here on the forum! This compliment will be displayed underneath the username on the forum, so you can make sure you're trading with someone you can trust

Okay, I was just wondering when my stuff is coming in...lol...I emailed this past Thursday and the Thursday before that (for different things) and don't know what happened...I don't know if I emailed wrong, or if it is just that trades/transfers take a long time.
